1.) What is the processing time for my order?

Our normal processing period is 3-5 business days. Orders may take longer to ship during peak times (immediately following product launches).

2.) How much does shipping cost?

As we work to find more efficient and reliable shipping channels, shipping costs have gradually increased. International shipping is now $9 per order for orders under $35 USD and FREE for orders over $35 USD.
